Leadership and Talent Management Minor

Leadership and Talent Management Minor Requirements:

Successful enterprises need leaders who can attract talented people with varied backgrounds and experiences and then manage them in such a way that leads to high performance.  These leaders need a variety of skills and capabilities to empower, motivate, and direct others effectively.  Through this minor, students will build their leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
