Bachelor of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence
The Bachelor of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence provides students with a foundation in artificial intelligence concepts, methods, and tools, followed by applied study within a specific professional context through a selected concentration. The program emphasizes a low-code/no-code approach, integrating technical foundations in data, algorithms, and computational thinking with domain-based applications and the social and ethical considerations associated with AI technologies. Students apply their AI knowledge within their chosen area of focus, such as economics, finance, healthcare, life sciences, or marketing. The curriculum emphasizes analytical reasoning, problem solving, interdisciplinary perspectives, and the responsible use of AI in real-world settings. Graduates are prepared for careers that require applied AI literacy and domain-specific analytical skills, as well as for continued study in related fields.

Students pursuing a business concentration within the B.S. in Applied Artificial Intelligence program must complete the AI program's designated Business Core requirements. The Business Core requirements for the B.S.B.A. program do not apply to students enrolled in the B.S. in Applied Artificial Intelligence program.
