Applied Artificial Intelligence Minor

The Interdisciplinary Minor in Artificial Intelligence is designed to equip students across all disciplines with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to navigate and contribute to the evolving AI landscape. This program empowers students to adapt to shifting job markets, critically evaluate information, and make informed decisions in an increasingly AI-driven world.

Through a balanced curriculum that integrates AI fundamentals, practical applications, and ethical considerations, students will learn to identify opportunities for innovation while addressing the societal and ethical implications of AI. By gaining a strong foundation in AI, students will develop the adaptability, creativity, and responsibility needed to become forward-thinking leaders in a rapidly changing global environment.

Applied Artificial Intelligence Minor Requirements:

Elective Requirement:
Students must pick two approved Applied AI minor course electives .6

**This minor cannot be the primary minor.  

A minimum of 12 credits is required for the minor.
